At Chief Protective Services, Inc. we maintain a 24-hour communication center staffed by our expertly trained dispatchers. CPS, Inc. has a state of the art dispatch center equipped with CPU networks and sophisticated phone equipment allowing us the proper tools to handle a high volume of calls. Our communication systems are supported with reports indicating all telephone traffic, as well as radio traffic. All calls to our dispatcher are recorded for quality control and customer service purposes.
If you don’t require an overnight security patrol, you may still find our 24-hour dispatch service useful. If you receive any sort of complaint or call about a disturbance on the premises we can send out one of our certified officers at a moment’s notice.
Whether its a noise complaint or notice of a security alarm breach, our officers are skilled and trained to deal with any situation they encounter. They are proficient enough to neutralize any situation they can handle, and if required they will pass it onto the local authorities.
