The management staff at Chief Protective Services would like to express our gratitude to all personnel who assisted in providing excellent service to our valued customers in Palm Springs.  The feedback from both our Client and their customers paint a picture of excellent customer service, professionalism, and true pride in our mission to exceed our customers expectations.  I would like to provide special thanks to our Vice President Felix Quinones who worked countless hours on scheduling nearly one hundred security officers for three individual events all within the same weekend.  I would also like to thank Krista Howard who physically managed these events and led our team in the successful provision of excellent customer service and upheld an un-compromised safety and security standard.  To our field managers and supervisors Omar, Brennan, Brad, and Charles Robinson who year after year make our company shine, we are truly grateful.
To each and every officer who stood on their feet for many hours in the warm temperatures all while greeting the public with a smile and providing patrons the feeling of safety and security.  It’s this group of professionals that truly deserve our recognition and praise.  On behalf of our management team, our customers, and the many attendees, I extend our deepest gratitude for a job well done and for the caliber of people Chief is blessed to have as part of our family.  Congratulations to all of those involved in the success of these events.
I would also like to provide a big thanks to the awesome staff at The Palms Springs Convention Center, The Renaissance Hotel, and Sanker Enterprises,  for always making our staff feel like part of the family.  We are truly blessed to be provided the opportunity to serve such an excellent group of professionals.  Special thanks to Staci Schafer from PSCC for her leadership and high standards.  You truly bring the best out of those who work for you!
